Before our exciting rebrand and move to Texas, Aliska’s Amazing Pickle Café proudly operated a full storefront inside the Food Court at South County Mall in St. Louis, Missouri.

This showcase is a tribute to that special chapter — the place where passion, hard work, and creativity came together to build something unforgettable. From the early days of construction to the vibrant grand opening, every photo and video reflects the heart, hustle, and hope that made the café come to life.

Though the storefront is no longer in the mall, the flavor, vision, and dedication that started there continue to grow stronger every day. What began in St. Louis has blossomed into a brand that now ships pickles and treats all over the world.
